FindMedicarePlans.com is a unique company started in 2009, our client experience is based on education, not selling. Our technology and experience allow us to help our clients in a safe, remote setting via phone, teleconference or in a face-face meeting for those local to us. We specialize in Medicare plans and represent national and regional carriers. We offer a comprehensive menu of plans to our clients and are a national company licensed in most states. Our firm has partnered up with one of the premier Social Security Advisory firms in the nation to create a one stop shop for our clients to help with two key elements of their retirement.

In 2020, Findmedicareplans.com LLC was sold to The Buckley Insurance Group, LLC. With this acquisition, our firm now helps close to 5000 clients each year. Erin Fisher founded Findmedicareplans.com LLC in 2009. Through her 25 years of knowledge in the Medicare field, she built her business on this expertise and the ability to simplify Medicare for individuals and companies. The goal is always to find the Medicare plan that meets a person’s health and financial needs. She has attained excellence in the Medicare broker community along with many awards and certifications.

Erin is now the founder of a Medicare Consulting LLC where she will be advising corporations on Medicare Laws, Regulations and benefits. She will continue to hold corporate Medicare seminars and expand her work as a Medicare expert witness. Erin will remain active with the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and the NAHU Medicare Advisory Group.

The Buckley Insurance Group is a family-owned agency located in Brick, NJ operated by Derick and Kerri Buckley. We are independently owned and operated because we fully understand how beneficial it is for our clients to have multiple options for both plans and carriers to find the coverage they need with the budget they can afford. We are very proud to say over 50% of our new clients come from referrals and we are an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau.

Derick started his career back in the late 1980’s on Wall Street where he worked for over 13 years. During that time, he became a bond trader and VP with HSBC Bank, working and living in New York, London and Hong Kong. After the tragic events of 9/11, where he lost 17 close friends, he realized any thoughts of going back to that environment or career were no longer the path he wanted to take.

Once Derick learned about the Senior market, how Seniors struggle daily to understand Medicare, how many Seniors over-pay for their insurance and how retirees truly need a trusted resource to help them with their retirement goals, he got licensed to sell insurance and began his own company. Since then he has never looked back or stopped trying to find ways to help Boomers and Seniors. Derick published his first book in 2017 "How to Survive the High Cost of Retirement in NJ". It is a collaboration between other local experts such as CPAs, Attorneys and Financial Professionals to offer tips and solutions for those nearing or already in retirement. He also has been involved with the local community and sits on the Board of Directors of the Brick Police Athletic League. He is a former Board Member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ocean County.

Kerri has an extensive background in Human Resources. She worked in the financial district in New York as well as locally at a major hospital and local school system. Kerri recently got licensed in 2015 and now shares the same passion as Derick to truly help Seniors and make an impact in our community. Additionally, Kerri sits on the Board of Directors for the Brick Chamber of Commerce.

Derick and Kerri were married in 1995 and they have 2 lovely children. Their son, Connor, loves the Yankees, Giants, and Rangers but his favorite team is the Chelsea Football Club (we still have no idea how that happened). Connor attends Georgian Court University and aspires to work in the sports industry. Their daughter, Sydney, found her true passion at the age of 2 ½ and danced competitively through High School. Sydney currently attends TCNJ and is pursuing a career as an elementary teacher with a focus on helping special education students.
